Child Abuse Treatment Services

Child Abuse Treatment Services (C.A.T.S.) provides confidential counselling services to children, youth, and their families who have experienced child maltreatment.

Legal Aid

This program ensures that low-income individuals living in the Yukon have access to justice by providing quality legal aid services and by supporting other Yukon justice programs helping low-income individuals.

Victim Services

This program provides specialized services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence and provides support, information, advocacy for people who are victims of a crime.

Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program

The Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program provides mental health and emotional support services to former Indian Residential School students and their families before, during and after their participation in Settlement Agreement processes, including the Common Experience Payments and the Independent Assessment Process, and those participating in Truth and Reconciliation Commission events and Commemoration activities.

Victims of Crime Initiative - Emergency Financial Assistance

This program provides emergency financial assistance to individual victims of crime in exceptional circumstances and to surviving family members who incur expenses to attend early parole eligibility hearings.
