This program provides eligible persons with artificial limbs and braces.

Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living (SAIL) Program

This program provides eligible persons with mobility aids (such as wheelchairs and walkers), and repairs and maintains those aids free of charge. More expensive equipment such as hospital beds and transfer assists are also provided.

Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disability (SAID)

This program provides an income for persons with significant and long-term disabilities separate from the Saskatchewan Assistance Program.

Federal Excise Gasoline Tax Refund Program

The Federal Excise Gasoline Tax Refund Program refunds a portion of the federal excise tax on gasoline bought for use by eligible persons or organizations.

Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) On-Reserve

This program provides funding to First Nation councils and members so that they can repair on-reserve housing that does not meet minimum federal health and safety standards, or make homes accessible to persons with disabilities.
